So great and the hustle and bustle of teacher professional development in Indonesia in the last decade, in which lead to teacher certification activities. Government's commitment to design and implement certification activities would have invited a sense of admiration for teachers overseas. But behind the brilliant achievement was, in fact there are still substantial side that is how far teachers are deemed to have professionals able to implement truly innovative learning in accordance with the essence and meaning of the most basic of self-students, schools, and educational theories and paradigms that support. The development of global education, marked by a shift of the center point of education (learning) from the educator to the learner. The results show that puts the learner as the central point (central) in education will provide a broad and different implications than by placing educators as a central point. 'Transfers of knowledge' of teachers to pupils has been regarded as a paradigm less appropriate to the nature of educating. As an alternative then began to develop a new paradigm of 'developing' as an effort to develop the potential learner. Thus the role of teachers has also experienced a shift from a teacher who serves as a conduit of knowledge to serve as facilitators in the learning process. If the development of education, including RSBI or SBI in Indonesia will refer to the trends occurring globally then the problem is how far the teachers are able to change the attitude and outlook 'as a science that is taught by the teachers' becoming' is a science that needs to be studied by students'.
Innovation learning needs to be done so that students can develop critical and creative power. Professionalism of teachers will eventually be achieved if the efforts done in synergy with either by teachers, schools, communities and governments to be able to do revitalization learning fundamentally and comprehensively. International Standard School (SBI) needs to develop a learning perspective or an international education so that teaching and learning process conducted able to overcome these problems.
